Viv and I would like to take this opportunity to thank you Connie, Sue, Katia, for your professionalism throughout the purchase of our apartment.

We e-mailed asking advice on the prospect of buying a property in Tenerife. We had tried other agents but really they didn’t seem that interested in us. We were put completely at ease, when via a return e-mail we were given lots of advice and recommendation along with several prospective properties from Sue.

Sue was a star she picked us up from the airport showed us around the different areas and apartments for sale. Nothing was too much trouble. We were really impressed when; I asked Sue a question if she couldn’t answer it she went away found out the answer and got straight back to us.

Sue was not only as professional as the rest of the team she was good fun to be with. We thank you Sue for that. Listening to Spanish being spoken with a Yorkshire accent is educational though. We like happy people.

Contrary to what we’d been told or heard on the TV, buying through you all at VisaVerde CS S.L. was made very simple and we sailed through. In-fact it was easier to buy through you in Tenerife than here in England!!

The best thing for us was, between you all you sorted everything out for us. Not just when we were in Tenerife with you, but when we were back home in the UK. As our Spanish is and was very limited at the time we really appreciated you doing this for us. We are practicing.

Thank you to your husband Connie for changing our locks on the apartment front door. This did make us feel secure knowing we were returning to the UK and leaving it empty.

Once we retire from our business we are planning to live full time in Tenerife. We will not hesitate in contacting Connie and her team to find us the perfect location & house.
